This kit is an automated in vitro nucleic acid amplification test used for the detection of
qualitative nucleic acids of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) from
secretions of male urethral swab samples and female cervical swab samples
taken from symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals. This kit can be used to help
make the clinical diagnosis of CT and/or NG infections. The entire process is integrated into the cartridge (lysis, extraction, purification, amplification) to limit any risk of contamination
